Mr Hayden enjoys the sport of Karate and has studied Martial Arts for over fifteen years. He holds a black belt in Shotokan Karate & Blue Belt in Brazillian Jui-Jitsu. He has traveled all over the country to train and compete and was the collegiate east-coast champion in 1998.
He has trained and competed with Arnold Schwarznneger, The Navy Seals and Bruce Lee's Students.
